With two dedicated teams, the Claims Department supports both insurance companies and individual insureds, in Italy and throughout the world, in managing losses – both facultative and treaties - and the claims connected to insurance cover.

From the company’s headquarters in Milan operating together with RIB’s technical department and in direct contact with the London, Zurich and Rome offices, the team follows tested procedures and methods to plan its interventions, tailored to the client’s profile, the conditions of cover and the line of insurance involved.

By keeping the clients constantly updated through “ad hoc” meetings or reports, RIB ensures total client satisfaction and effectiveness of the insurance cover involved.

RIB has direct access to the Lloyd’s market also for the management of losses with Syndicates, as regards both intermediary insurance and reinsurance brokerage by using IT systems made available by the London market.
